Purchased clothing from Hawalili.
1. Paid $35 for shipping that took 3 weeks.
2. Bought 12 items. All but 4 items miss labeled. Could not wear L or XL when I wear XXL.
3. Would not exchange due to 'final sale'.
Do not recommend this retail store.
All items are from China and their XXL is American size L.
Friendly Customer Service was the only good thing about this.

Closing in on three weeks now and I still haven't received my order. Rediculous delivery time. I will not be ordering anything from this site again

I do not normally blast companies but i placed an order at the end of Nov. and they said I should receive the order in 10-20 days, well it's 1-5 and I have not received the complete order and 2 of the items that I have received so far are defective, one the transfer is not straight and the other the size is not correct. They will not do anything about it they want me to return items and pay for shipping. I have chatted with Damara and she states they are not defective, if its made wrong then I don't know what you call that then. Do not buy from them the web site looks great but the sizes are different because it all comes from overseas. they will not correct the problems. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! also the shirt are dry clean only I'm just trying to save anyone out there the headache of this company.

I ordered 5 shirts: 4 were ok except that they came late and did not have pockets. 2 were un useable and the return policy was so onerous that I will give them to Goodwill. Horrible customer service

Received slacks today, the quality of the fabric is dreadful, cheap and a waste of money. My mistake….you get a monkey when you pay peanuts…

These shirts are absolute crap. Pure nylon and cheap as can be. DO NOT BUY

I ordered a dress from this website. It's good in quality but didn't find the exact size for my Brother.

This company provides faulty, washed out and poor quality image shirts. I purchased 5 hawaiian type shirts and it took about 3 weeks to receive. No problem.

Upon inspection, the print on 4 of the 5 shirts were so bad they looked like someone had enlarged the graphics like a photo, to the point that the image was becomeing blurred. The pictures in of the website were crisp and attractive. The product was dull and washed out. I would not wear these shirts, I will not even use as rags.

No I cannot return them as they had a close out and these are not returnable. Thanks for the sale, now I hope homeless people will wear this crap, as I am putting in the donation bag. Waste of over $75.

PS. I complained and they offered me a 15% off coupon, to buy more crappy clothes from them. A great insult.

I just received 1/2 my order, I wear an XL shirt/jacket from any major clothing manufacture, the XL jacket I received the sleeves were at least 4 inches short, could not even attempt to close the jacket as well as the XL printed shirts I ordered would not button either. Totally dismayed, did not realize orders we coming direct from China thus the waiting time through customs!!!!
Contacted customer service via chat; no care or concern shown, just send the items back when you get the other 1/2 of your order. Almost like this is a reoccurring problem, so just send the product back, not even an attempt to make it right.
Will never shop here again.

P.S.I never have written a review like this; but the lack of giving a damn about the consumer drove me to this.

Their clothing products are cheap feeling and looking and the sizes are not true to size. I wanted to return but it wasn't worth the money I'd have to pay, the hassle and the little amount of money I would have gotten back for them.

The sizes are NOT accurate. I wear a L to XL so I bought XL to be safe and they fit like a medium. So don't get these shirts. They are pretty cheap too.

I've bought 7 or 8 of these shirts. But be warned ... buyer beware. One shirt showed up with the size tag being removed. Contacted them for a return. I had to have the shirt back in their shop within 2 weeks time. Shop is in China...I was responsible for shipping costs. They offered to let me reorder the shirt for ½ price. Since there would only be a 3 dollar difference to reorder I took that option.

Waited for a month for the shirt arrived. Guess what...size tag had be removed and a smaller size (probably 2 sizes smaller) had be put in the bag.

Don't trust this company. Very seedy. Hey, they're in China ... what are you going to do?

I didnt buy anything from this company and charges came up putting me in overdraft!!! Each over draft is costing me $35.00! Now I have to close the account and get a new card. I am so pissed dealing with these terrible UK companies that I never will again. Next stop is FB to warn my friends/public and then the FCC.

I ordered two shirts, one cotton, one cotton blend. Neither are cotton although one has a label that says cotton. They are both polyester so absolutely awful to wear in hot humid weather. False advertising.

I was excited to buy these shirts for my husband because I loved the retro prints. I ordered four but when we received them two were a little off in color from what they looked like on their website. I began the “easy” return process, which meant sending it to China. Allegedly it got hung up in their customs. I began communicating with Hawalili within two weeks of mailing it back. They said they would not refund me until they received the package. After two months of going back and forth with them, I finally said that I did my due diligence to return it but I couldn’t go any further from my end. I asked if they could please connect with their postal service as I was unable to do so through USPS once it reached China. Finally, after many many emails, they agreed to refund me. I purchased the shirts on July 30, 2021 and received the refund on October 10, 2021. Ridiculous. I spent wayyy too much time on this and only because it made me so angry. Their emails were kind to me and mine to them, but that doesn’t matter when nothing is getting resolved. In order to be honest and fair, this company should post on their website that returns are NOT easy and to expect 90 days for it to be completed. I ordered from them because it appeared to be a company out of Great Britain however, only the payments were processed from there. I had no idea it was actually China until I began the return process. So…bottom line, ordering from here is risky. Nice shirts, nice people, but if you don’t like the shirt you receive…bring it to a thrift store and don’t waste your time.

Material was so thin along with the size being wrong. It cost me $27 to return to China and the package is still being held there in Customs (2 months). Returning items is a nightmare. I will never order from Hawalili again.

While the price and designs look nice, the quality of the material used is not so great. The material for linen is thin- so thin that you can see through them, which would not be great to wear in a work setting unless you want your nipples to poke through. In regards to the patterned aloha shirts- the material is also thin, and polyester so think of sweat in the heat of summer! And, one of the shirts that I ordered, the words were too high up on the collar, so that you could not read what it said, unless you open the pleats. Sizing- go up in sizing if you buy because Asian sizes are smaller than American clothing size. Forget about sending it back for a refund or exchange because the items are shipped from China, so to return anything you have to pay international shipping fees plus any fees for tariffs.

I have ordered a couple of times from this site in each time half of the shirts are wrong size. And of course you can't give it back because it is going to take a lot of effort and time and money. My advise for you is not even try.

I will not purchase another item from you. I will tell all I know not to purchase from you. Your sizing is so inaccurate that I buy US XL shirts. I ordered 3xl from you and it was small. The shirt cost $19.74 plus shipping and I get a rebate of $5.92 and I have a shirt the does not fit. I prudent individual would realize quickly that there is an injustice there.
