Here is how they work. Order $79 and get free shipping. One or two items come quick and are correct. However, shirts are paper thin and poor quality. The rest come separately weeks later and are too small and mislabeled. You MUST send them back to China for a refund. Or you can get their fantastic deal of 15% of your money back. Gripe a little and it will go to 25% and you can keep your kids sized cloths. Don't give up! If you payed by Paypal file a dispute and clearly state your case about their scam. Paypal now has a program were you can get up to $30 shipping back if you are disastisfied with your purchase. Enroll in it PRIOR to filing your dispute. They would rather close your case in your favor than pay the $30 towards return shipping to China. Their paypal account is called Newfashion registered to Pan Huiling. If you have been taken by their scam and are now reading this review... do NOT give up and take their settlement... file a dispute with Paypal and stick with it until you win your case. Offer to send it back to China if Paypal pays the $30. In the end, I won and threw their garbage into the trash. Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews. I am sure a lot are mostly fake! I wish I could give them zero stars.

I have just discovered your website and have made two orders , both were delivered promptly and the items I ordered were beautiful !Unfortunately one item was too small so I had to return but this was handled extremely efficiently and after only 2 days you had notified me that the payment had been returned to my account. I am already waiting for some more items to arrive and there is so much more on my wishlist ! Keep up the good work hawalili!.

As noted by others, the sizes are way off (too small). I ordered 2, both did not fit. The second one would not even button. I wonder if they send you the slow moving items that are not selling? You can return the item, except that it will cost you more to send it than you paid for it (Singapore). You can't complain since they offer a return. They offer a 15% return of your purchase price! Avoid this scam

Bought on the assumption it was based in UK.When goods came it was not as advertised and returned them but the goods are stuck in customs waiting for Hawalili to contact them but they have refused to do so. I am a pensioner who is £67 out of pocket. reviews are not true, company is scamming buyers
Everytime I contact them they say 'Wait a few days'
The package has been in Customs since 17 July and they do nothing as they already have my money.
Shame..No offer of a partial refund either

This is yet another clothing company with a great web site but based in China.

What they sell is crap, and they make you return things to China, just like every other junky Chinese clothing company that I've unfortuantely made the mistake of buying from.

Save your money.

Trustpilot is in the process of removing all of the scammy great reviews, written by their own contractorss and proofread by an English speaker.

Their own web site is full of grammatical disasters, which should be your first clue that this stuff is all garbage.

These shirts are crap! I received two and wore one which ripped at the shoulder the same day. After 3 months I've yet to receive the third shirt and if I do it will probably be best used as toilet paper.

What you see advertised looks fantastic. When you receive this garbage you realize you have been had. The shirts I ordered have a cheap look to them and a very cheap feel. Not bothering to send them back. I would probably never see my money. Cutting my losses and will never order from this company again. Beware!

This company is a scam, do not buy, do not give them your money. Bad people to do business with BEWARE. NONE of their product is licensed, they steal artwork and actively practice copyright infringement as part of their business.

The 12 shirts I ordered arrived. All were too small. All were made with tissue paper thick rayon. All were junk. went I requested a refund, I was told I had to send them to an address in China AT MY EXPENSE and the shipment had to have tracking and a customs form. The cost of which (not counting my time) was in excess of 85% of the amount I paid for these pieces of crap.

I immediately opened up a dispute with Paypal since I had paid through them and I believe I will get a full refund and a a partially filled trash can out of it.

Avoid this site at all costs. These guys stack the deck in their favor and as soon as you receive the merchandise to see you've been conned, they make every attempt to dissuade you from any compensation back.

It is definitely a planned tactic.

I will not believe any positive review found here as I have seen how they operate and the substandard materials they use first hand.

It is pretty clear, just from the design of the web page, that this company was created on the model that is the disreputable WISH.COM. Please go see how WISH is rated on Trustpilot. Believe what you read there. WISH rarely gets above 50% approval, and the complaints all sound suspiciously similar: impossible return policies, clothes that do not fit, etc. The other common element is that both organizations are Chinese in origin, which leads me to believe that there be no regulation of online sellers in that nation. Buyer beware.

Ordered 5 shirts as I am a size M I thought I ordered size M but when I received the shirts 3 were M and 2 were S. shirts were good. When I tried for an exchange or refund for the 2 S shirts that did not fit me it took forever to get their address to send them back, andI had to pay the postage, the 2 shirts costs about £20.00. When I went to the Post Office it was going to cost me £20,00 to send them back to China, What a con…will never deal with this company again. But there is a happy ending the post officer worker who was size S has 2 new shirts.

Their listed sizes are not based in reality. I usually wear a large, their size chart recommended a Medium. On my first order, I ordered Large anyway. They seemed to fit well enough, though the quality was poor. They also took forever to arrive. But they were cheap. Good for a season or two

So I ordered more. Again, I ordered Large. These were Medium at best, maybe even a US Small. The sleeves are too short, the shirt is short, very tight around the middle.

The return process is intentionally convoluted. They just try to wear you down. I even offered to accept an exchange for the correct size. No response to that.

First, they asked for pictures of me in the garments. Then they asked for the SKU numbers. Then I was chastised for being slow (still within the seven day window), and that if there we more delays, they would cancel my claim.

Then they said the I had to send them to China at my expense, even though the return address on the shipment is in California.

The DHL shipping alone could costs ninety bucks. Priority Mail was Forty one dollars. They said I would also be liable for "Customs Fees".

They still wouldn't commit to a refund, until they have "inspected" the items.

They finally offered a 15% refund, or a 30% discount on a future offer (you can always buy for 20% off online). They really have never had any intention of refunding my order.

Look at the reviews on their own site. All Five Star reviews. But every single review has a Gmail address that starts with a number. All written in "Google Translate English". Obviously fake.

I will never order from these criminals again.

If you still want to order, go two full sizes larger. And be aware that these goods are cheap quality, and impossible to return.

Do not touch this with a barge pole. The quality of the shirts I ordered is worse than appalling. If you want a trip back to cheap fabrics of the 70s then this is the place for you.
The fit is also erratic and the goods arrive at vastly different intervals. Although they do say goods may arrive separately they do not mention weeks apart, if not months.
Also, be very aware of returns. They do little to make it easy, and when you are emphatic they send you emails offering you discounts on what you have bought, or future discounts. Pretty much anything to avoid you sending goods back, despite how unhappy you are.
Yesterday, the icing on the cake. An email saying that my right to return had been revoked because it is over 30 days since I placed the order!
This organisation is a disgrace.

DO NOT BUY.. ORDERED 2 SHIRTS FINALLY GOT ONE 2 MONTHS LATER... THE JUNKIEST WORST QUALITY SHIRT I EVER HAVE SEEN... TO RETURN YOU MUST SHIP IT OUT OF THIS COUNTRY..( WHAT?!) WOULD COST MORE TO RETURN THAN IT COST.... NOW THAT SOUNDS LIKE A DIRTBALL COMPANY

I ordered 5 similar shirts, all size XL. Two were sized correctly. Two were actually L and wouldn't fit. One was actually M and could not even button it. That's a 60% failure rate. Delivery took about a month, and it has been very difficult trying to obtain a refund for the mis-sized shirts. Still no refund.

I purchaced 5 shirts from Hawalili. I received just 5 shirts.5 of the shirts were so small they might have fit my 8 year old grandson, even though they were labeled XXL. Their return policy requires paying for postage and customs to China which was more than I paid for the shirts. Forget about getting any help from your Credit card. They sided with Hawalili because Hawalili gave option to return, even though it costs more than shirts to do so. Additionally the 8 shirts that did not fit were not the best quality. If you do not like the quality or they send the wrong size your will be stuck with it. Hawalili did offer 15% of the order refund that that I could use to have the shirts altered. How do you alter a shirt to fit an adult that is a child size. I will never buy from this company again. Buyer beware. I received 8 poor quality shirts for the price of 10. You are better off buying from a reputible company. I should have googled the company name before buying. When it took so long to receive the shirts I googled the company and saw the word scam in way to many places. Had I googled the company first I would never have bought. I did look at some of the reveiw sites and there were nothing but raving reveiws so I guess Hawalili must have loaded them with fake rewiews. I suggest googling the company name instead. Live and learn.

I am furious with this company. I used the measurements they gave and ordered 7 shirts before a trip I was taking. Not only were the shirts made of lousy material, but 5 of the shirts were too small. Their return policy is a complete fabrication. It states: "If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to return and receive a refund. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at *******Hawalili.com,we will try our best to meet your request." I dare anyone to test those words. I chatted with customer service online and followed up with emails explaining I want to exchange the shirts, I wasn't asking for a refund, I figured I was dumb enough to order them, but I do want shirts that fit. They responded to me and followed up with several emails that all said the exact same thing. "Because of the cost of returning items Hawalili you may either receive a 15% refund for the shirts or a 20% discount on a future purchase". I did not want a 15% refund for shirts I can't wear and I will NEVER order from this company again. Finally, after many emails back and forth, they sent me a return label (see picture) with an address in CHINA and, of course, no postage. These shirts were sent to me from Chino, CA which is about 70 miles from where I live. I was so frustrated, I just gave the shirts to Goodwill. They were made from the thinnest most flimsy material I have ever seen and all of them were cut way too short, for someone, maybe 5' tall. They make profits from people dumb enough to order from them. Don't be duped, go to a real retail store who is honest and will stand behind their sales.

I ordered 5 shirts and 2 came without tags and are much smaller than the 3 with tags that were the right size. When asked for a refund I was told I either had to send them back at my expense for a refund or get only 15% back. Given this company is in covid China, sending back is going to cost more than they are worth. This is a lousy company with a return policy that allows for terrible logistics. Don't buy, find a US company with free returns. UPDATE: Here is what this company wrote in their own words "Sizing varies between our items and different products have different sizes." Or, you can't trust the sizing and if it doesn't fit, you're shafted as you'll only get a 25% refund unless you send the item back at your cost, which would be a lot.

To start you are not told your order is coming from China. You have to find that out for yourself. After weeks have gone by customer service blames the delay on Covid 19. And you are then told to please wait longer for your order. The packaging lacks so much to be desired. On the website the shirts look deceiving, they actually look attractive. But when you get your oder the shirts look FLIMSEY, like if they were made from paper mashea. Now here's the killer. If you want a refund they will email you with a price to just keep the shirts rather than going thru the mail and wait. And the biggest BLOW to me as an unsatisfied customer..... It cost me $30 just to ship the shirts back to CHINA!!!

I ordered a three 4XL shirts from Hawalili. Two of the three have arrived after almost two weeks. One fit but the other was so small it was obviously meant for a large or medium shirt wearer. I asked to return the shirt and Hawalili sent me an email offering only 15%! I wrote back saying I wanted a full refund and I would ship the shirt back if I had the address. They then offered 25% and gave me a shipping address in China with a LONG list of do's and don'ts for shipping. It became clear to me that no refund would be forthcoming no matter what I did. I will not recommend this company to anyone and I'm still waiting on the third shirt.
