Was very disappointed with their customer service. On the website it says that shipping will be next day And delivery within 3-4 days but they have shipped my order 1 week later And it was delivered in total 10 days!!! This order was a birthday gift and i have mentioned it when ordering.

Hi All, I was a little bit dubeous to place an order of 24 bottles of chilean wine when i saw the the trustpilot reviews but i can fortunately confirm that everything went perfect and the ordered bottles were delivered in time one week later!

Customer Service Perspective could change to CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT
Ordered on 16 April
Not yet left Hawesko warehouse on 24 April
Called customer service, polite lady but defensive
European companies hardly seem to learn that customer service
should be trained to reflect "customer is always right" attitude.
All I wanted to organize was that "if it has not
yet left Hamburg, please ship the week of 6 May"
I can understand that since our order qualifies for free
shipping, they are consolidating their shipments.
Just a "sorry for the delay, what can we do for you"
would have sufficed and I would have rated them
at least 4 stars.
