I would give zero stars if I could. No items receieved after order. some communication after a while. He said items were sent again but nothing every received and no response now at all.

I've never had this from another seller before. First time ever I had to try request a charge back from credit card.

Never ever order anything to hawklaser.com. They only steal your money.
My order never got shipped. My account on their website got created then a day later got deleted.
They reply to a couple of mails then totally stop.
They feel safe since most of the customers do live far away from them.

How is this site still open the guy is a total scammer. The only reason he is getting 1 star is it wont let me score it less. Please avoid at all costs.

This guy is a scammer / salesman, talks to you, helpful, gets your money and then disappears - STAY AWAY

Ordered a few months ago, first, they answered my emails but after some time they stopped doing that. Claiming EU complains against this company so if anyone has any info about company legal details let me know by posting your review here.

Two orders close to 400 euros placed and paid on november 27th 2019.
Until now - almost three months later - i have neither received any item from those orders, nor have i received an answer to any of my messages sent to their different accounts.

Even a blog-entry on the shop-site from december last year that was about reassuring actual and potential buyers that someone (HP) is actually working to get the many-many orders out has now vanished and is replaced by another entry that not only promises a 50% rebate on orders but also informs that they are moving their expanding operations to a larger headquarter...just in case there is anyone out there who (still) believes that they do any business at all...

I have now informed the credit-card company that the hawklaser-charges are invalid due to the orders not being delivered; so the credit-card-company has partly paid back the charged amounts to my card - preliminary until hawklaser either ships or confirms that they will not ship.

This site is a scam. I have lost 230 pounds stirling to it AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PS the only teason I have given 1 star is there is no option for no stars. I just hope no one else gets stung by this place.

Unfortunately I did not read anything about hawklaser before I placed order and paid 119 eur in trust that all goods are on stock and will be deliver soon. Nice shop, lot of useful information but customer care zero. Just one email from them about quality problems with one part and from that time no info, even many email sent from me.
My order been placed 28.11.2019 and till now nothing.
I am considering how i can get me money back :-(

I have ordered a diy expansion kit for 255euros plus shipping a month ago and they didn't sent it, or answer my emails.

All of them are true, hawklaser will only steal your money without any regrets!

This site is a fraud. They take orders and don't send nothing !! After months of mails they reply that they are expecting some material, then they add your mail to spam and never reply. They have stolen hundreds of Euros of my order. They even don't have any phone contact number.

Thet take orders and never send the items. They reply even after months saying your order is on the way or that they are expecting some materiale form China. Then they add your mail too spam list and never reply. No telephone contact, no refund.

I bought an In-Stock product "Upgraded – Adjustable laser head with air assist – 12mm" that is supposed to be shipped 24 hours after the payment, according to the website.
The payment info they send in the purchase e-mail is incomplete. They just inform the bank name and account and I was asked to put the name, address and inform it I was paying a business or personal account to complete. I requested all these information December 12 and they quickly answer to me on December 13th. After I complete the payment, I sent two emails asking if they got my payment and asking for an estimated date to delivery and I had no answer. On December 17th I got an automated e-mail saying exactly this: "Your order is now Packing your order." lol
I sent more two or three e-mail requesting info about my order and I've never got an answer until today, January 8th

Hawk laser has reciently been formed from k40laser.se as a dedicated shop for all things related to Chinese laser cutters.

Reciently they have had a product released on pre order which I ordered back in August scheduled for a September delivery.

The order is relatively unique as is a size expansion for the cutting area of the laser I own.

When the due date for the order came and went, I started to send emails requesting an update. I must have sent around 15-20 of these with only an automated reply in turn.

I saw that k40laser website had put up a post and I added a comment to it to see if anybody was answering and to my shock, they did, within a day. It seems to me like they are intentionally ignoring emails with regards to this order as they may have fluffed up in the design of it.

For somebody who states on there website that it has expanded to a 10,000 a month shop, he really does not know how to keep his customers informed and stating that there is a back log of emails is no excuse as there has been plenty of time to get caught up to at least one of the emails I have sent.

I’d suggest he gets his priorities in order and forget about updating his blog and focus more on the paying customer.

Unable to add the email addresses I tried, but all of them on both sites including the new kits one and also a personal one to Haken himself which I found on instagram.

If you are thinking of ordering the expansion gantry, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere as at the moment, this is a gamble on your well earned cash.
