A fantastic trip to South America.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to South America. Beth helped us select great hotels and destinations and we enjoyed the whole experience. Especially important for us was the support of Javier (Gomez) our Concierge based in Argentina. He could not have given us any more help when we needed it, and given we had never been to South America before, just having that friendly voice at the other end of the phone was really comforting. I would really recommend Hayes & Jarvis.

Superb service and great knowledge
We had bid and won in a charity auction a holiday on Calala Island off the coast of Nicaragua and wanted to do a short trip to South America before having a week of R&R. We did not really know where we wanted to go and Beth listened to our likes and dislikes and put together an initial trip. We went back and forth on refining it and even changing it completely before we got to our agreed trip. Beth was absolutely brilliant through all communications and an absolute professional throughout. This is our second experience of using H&J and it was just as good as the first time. Let’s hope this holiday is as fantastic as our last one to Kenya!
