Andy who tailor made our holiday for us was brilliant. Such a lovely guy and very knowledgable and patient with us. We were so impressed with the itinerary he put together for us taking into account the brief we’d given him.

The booking process has been really simple and easy. Chris really listened to what we wanted and provided us with the perfect itinerary.

We knew for a long holiday we needed help and we chose Hayes and Jarvis because they listened. We were looked after at every stage and it was so stress free. Megan was there on the end of a line all the way and she was excellent and really made a difference. Would never use anyone else. Why would you when you have found perfection.

What a company! What a terrific service! And knocks the socks off the competition in specialised holidays. We wanted a bespoke safari in Okavango Delta(Botswana), and had received a poor experience with a rival company. We phoned Hayes & Jarvis and were immediately impressed by their sales executive Chris Cook. He couldn’t have been more enthusiastic and his intention to help us and his efficiency made us feel confident book , what for us was a trip of a lifetime. Once booked, you are allocated an overseas trip consultant who looks after all the details to make sure the trip is a totally unforgettable experience. We had many WhatsApp videos with her and she becomes part of your holiday experience. I’d have no hesitation in recommending to my friends (actually have already done so!), and we hope to book another trip with H&J again in the future. It’s definitely a Big Five (stars!) from us. This is our fifth holiday arranged by Hayes & Jarvis. We keep using them because they are meticulous and all our travels have been well organised and safe. This time we started at a luxury riverside hotel in busy Bangkok, then a floating hotel on the River Kwai only accessible by boat, followed by a lovely boutique hotel in a calmer Chiang Mai and finally at an elephant camp in the pshest tents we've ever seen - plus we got to feed the elephants!!

Hayes and Jarvis are brilliant.At every stage of the trip from planning to the experience was excellent. The guides were so knowledgeable .The hotels were spectacular and everything was so well organised.

Amazing holiday

Excellent travel company. They listened carefully to what we wanted in our trip to Canada and they didnt disappoint. Whilst we were in Canada, we got caught up in Air Canada’s strike. Our local representative did an amazing job in letting us know there was a problem early in the morning and what our options were in getting a flight home. They managed to find alternative flights and got us home. Disappointed that our holiday was cut short but at least we didnt get stuck for days trying to find flights home. My only issue with the company is that it is impossible to speak directly to managers when issues arise. Everything has to be directed through the local rep. Managers are very shy and seem to be afraid to talk to the customers directly preferring to hide behind their representatives making communication very difficult, particularly when there are big time differences due to the local reps location.

This is the second time we have booked a long haul six week break with Hayes and Jarvis through Andy Finlay. Andy has always been most helpful and conscientious responding to e-mails quickly and efficiently. He is without a doubt a credit to Hayes and Jarvis. Thanks you Andy for all your help

I had a fantastic six week tour around Australia, tailored to my specific interests by an experienced expert in the region, and I enjoyed great support during the tour itself to help deal with a couple of minor issues which arose during my trip.

If you want a personal holiday experience then please use this company as trust me you will not be disappointed, be honest with them on what you want from a holiday and they will take care of literally everything for you

Carys joined us in a video call, initially for an hours discussion of our desire to visit Sri Lanka for the first time (at 70).

She sought details of our preferred holiday style then put together a two week tour, with a great variety of sightseeing, with enough time at each stop to avoid “living out of a suitcase”. This was all tailored to our budget and done with just three months leeway, in high season.

She was very knowledgeable and quickly built up a friendly rapport.

Hayes and Jarvis were a fantastic company to support us from the consideration and planning stage for a special holiday through to supporting us in the detailed itinerary to ensure we had so many enjoyable moments to support our celebrations.
