I am delighted with the two Sherborne armchairs I have just taken delivery of. They are extremely comfortable, stylish in design and well made. Despite my ordering online I received quick and helpful responses to my queries and was phoned on one occasion. Delivery was very efficient, being contacted shortly before delivery. All packaging was taken away and I felt the price charged was the best I could find online and in local businesses on the south coast that stock Sherborne.

I ordered an extra dining chair to accommodate an expanding family and it came from Denmark to match the ones I already had. My experience of Haynes was very positive, as they were competitive on price and delivery. They always answered their phone promptly, and even though I offered to collect the chair, they delivered it free, removing all cardboard packaging in the process.

Communication with Haynes Furnishers was very easy and straightforward. Furniture supplied within the original timeframe. Delivered on the specified day on time - 2 delivery people very careful and friendly people.

We were delighted with the friendly, highly informative assistance we received from all the staff in the store, and with the range and quality of items on display. Our furniture has since been delivered, with the same level of courtesy and care.

Was a little sceptical about this company as no outlet and website isn’t the best , but they were sooo much cheaper £600 than anyone else for a dining room table and chairs . Dealt with Carl and Steve , very professional .. nothing was a problem , came up to Scotland on time . The guys assembled table and took away all the packing . Would def recommend these guys and have done so already .

Excellent company in every way. Best price we could find anywhere, extremely helpful and friendly staff and the guys who delivered couldn't have been more polite and conscientious. We would highly recommend and will use them again if we need more furniture.

Great communication, courteous and friendly delivery guys and most of all the best prices anywhere, the stools I purchased are on sale as a special offer locally at £150 more than I payed per stool and they wanted another £85 to deliver them!

They kept us well informed throughout the construction period and the beautiful chair was delivered and set up by two very pleasant and obliging young men.

Have recently purchased and today taken delivery of a Corndell Bergen sideboard from Haynes Furnishers. We originally saw the sideboard in a local shop selling at £80 more than the Haynes price. Delivery was free from Haynes and yet the local shop wanted to charge £60 to deliver it 5 miles away ! Haynes delivery men were great, - friendly, helpful and gave us time to examine the sideboard before leaving. Excellent experience shopping with Haynes and if we need anymore items, we will certainly be shopping with them again.

I bought two Habufa bar stools from Haynes - the price was competitive and the service was superb. Communication throughout was extremely good and the goods were delivered on time. I would thoroughly recommend these guys and I will be back again myself when the need arises. Thank you!
