Very impressed with service, choice and price. Ordering on website was easy and it was followed up with a call from the company and a proper invoice. Delivery team were very good - coped with restricted access to property and manoeuvred furniture upstairs with no scuffs or marks. Thank you.

Very competitive price for desired desk which we had been looking for for a while, but way too expensive elsewhere for same item. Informed of expected delivery schedule from supplier and it arrived exactly on time. Emails answered promptly and communication was informative. Delivery guys were polite and helpful.

The furniture was on time from the supplier , carl made arrangements to deliver to our holiday cottage efficiently . The chairs are very comfortable & fit excellently through small doorways. The 2 chairs we originally ordered & the service so good we have ordered another last week!

I had been looking for a hallway bench and seen one I really liked online but felt it was too expensive. I had been searching for something similar and found Haynes Furniture selling the exact same bench at a considerably cheaper price. Delivery to Scotland is once a month so we had a few weeks wait but there was no rush for it. Very happy with the communication & service and the bench is exactly what I was looking for.

We had decided on some Parker Knoll sofas months ago but hadn't chosen the fabric. I'd scoured the internet and Haynes were always the cheapest by far each time I reviewed the price. When I ordered I called them on the phone and got a further discount. Delivery was within the time frame, the men were very helpful and the sofas are exactly what we wanted. Had a fantastic experience with this business. They held onto a couch that they made for me months past my original request date for it due to issues I had moving into my new place. Ordered our Ercol bedroom furniture over the phone. Very easy process. The delivery guys put the furniture together and took all the packaging away, something not all companies offer and included on the price which was very competitive. Delighted with the furniture and the whole process, would definitely use Haynes Furnishers again and recommend to other.

Good communication from the first point of contact. Good pricing on two Sherborne power recliners and delivered within the timescale indicated.
