I wanted to buy an Ercol Ballata drinks cabinet and having tracked prices for months, at the time I came to make the purchase I came across one at Haynes Furniture. It was easily £400 below the prices at Lee Longlands, Ercol, Lucas furniture, etc. I live in London and they are in Burton on Trent, but they still delivered free of charge. Due to a fault at my end, I wasn't present when it was delivered, but the concierge at our new flat let them in, told them where I wanted it and all was perfect when I arrived. The concierge said that they had restored his faith in delivery people (and I'm in a new development so he's probably seen a lot of delivery people these past 2-3 years). Couldn't be happier.

Bought a Tetrad sofa and couldn’t be happier with it. Really smooth communication throughout.

Wouldn’t price match due to sofa being a clearance piece even though the other sofa I had found was also a clearance piece elsewhere so that was a bit disappointing.

Delivery was quick and the two guys were great! Free delivery and they took our old sofa away for a fee which saved us hassle.

We will definitely be back in future for more pieces.

We purchased an Old Charm TV cabinet from Haynes Furnishers. They were very professional from the first phone call until the piece of furniture was delivered by courteous men. Would definitely recommend the company.

I knew exactly which furniture I wanted - Laura Ashley Dorset. I did my research and compared the pieces I wanted on many websites and suppliers. Furniture Brands 4U was by far the cheapest. I actually rang the shop to check before ordering as it sounded too good to be true. Following an explanation of their business model, I was confident enough to order a table and six chairs and a sideboard. Despite a 5 month wait (not their fault) I was delighted with the products once they arrived. The two delivery lads were delightful, lovely blokes who took great care when bringing the furniture into the house. Very clean, tidy and respectful of the property - and they also took all the rubbish away. Hardworking and genuine delivery staff like these lads are hard to find, so very well done.

Super competent - I wanted to buy a Willis and Gambier Antoinette bed - not only did Haynes price match what I could find online, they delivered it free of charge and built it and took all the rubbish away as part of the service.

They gave me a great price, they got the bed quickly and they arrived when they said they would and did what they said they’d do. I could t ask for more - this is the difference between buying local and buying from a faceless online retailer.

Great experience and I’d recommend Haynes to anyone looking for furniture who wants to deal with reliable people.

I liased with Haynes Furnishers for a week or so over buying a riser recliner for my Mum. They could not have been more helpful/patient. On receiving a sample of the material I bought the Woburn chair and it was delivered within a week by two delightful guys . My mum is thrilled . The chair is as described and a huge success . They are knowledgeable, professional and their prices are brilliant. Delivery was by their own vehicle and the 2 lads were brilliant.

Excellent, professional yet friendly and personal customer service, punctual delivery from a communicative and prompt delivery driver, and a few minor issues with the chairs we ordered (not Haynes' fault at all) dealt with efficiently and satisfactorily.

I recently purchased four Habufa bar stools in anthracite, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The service was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was incredibly helpful.

One thing that really stood out was they tried to make sure the stools arrived before Christmas, which made the whole process even more convenient.

As for the stools themselves, they are exactly as described—sturdy, stylish, and perfect for my Kitchen table. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional service.

Recently bought and had delivered an Ercol sofa. I had bought my previous Ercol sofa from Haynes a couple of years ago. The prices were very competitive and because of the great service and delivery I previously received I used them again. They did not disappoint. Because of their good prices, great delivery and service, I highly recommend them.

Old fashioned, first class service. Purchased a bookcase, there was a longish leadtime, but I was kept in the loop throughout and the team were flexible on delivery. They delivered exactly when they said they would, they sent a message when they were 30 mins away and the team on arrival were polite and efficient.

They were very reasonably priced, the customer service was excellent as I was moving home and didn't want to ruin my chair with all the plaster dust and painting so, they even held onto it a little while longer for me, as it was ready for delivery earlier than expected.
I truly love my wingback chair and will definitely use this company again.

Bought a Shackleton's chair for a great price compared to other sellers. It was delivered in the timescale stated and is excellent quality.

We ordered a chest of drawers from Haynes furnishes. The price was almost £200 cheaper than the exact same piece in another well known retailer. I would win the most awkward customer of the year award. But Carl the manager and Beth on the telephone during my initial inquiry, (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong!) were both fantastic.
The quality and choice of the furniture, their customer service through to the sturdy packing, plus helping me with my nightmare as a novice of dealing with a courier, was brilliant.
And I am now the proud owner of a Laura Ashley side table. 😁
