A very professional company to deal with!
I ordered four items of bedroom furniture over the phone, very easy, deposit paid!
I was told when to expect delivery and the delivery guys would contact me to arrange a convenient time and date - this happened exactly how it was explained!
On the day of delivery the delivery guys unboxed the items placed in the applicable room and disposed of all packaging.
All personnel I dealt with were extremely polite and courteous!
Would highly recommend 👍

We needed a table for a family event, but delivery was going to be too late from every stockist. Then I contacted Haynes and they went out of their to get one too me - it arrived even earlier than they said!
I can’t fault them. They offered me a discount over the phone, every communication was prompt and friendly, and the delivery arrived within a 2 hour window with two efficient and helpful delivery men.

We looked for this furniture in our local dept store only to be told it would take 24 weeks. I spoke to Peter and he informed me that our suite (Wood Bros) could be delivered much sooner than that and he was right. Polite, helpful and even cheaper than our local dept store, so we were so glad we did. I would not hesitate to recommend Haynes Furnishers. Thank you

Our sofa arrived yesterday, delivered by 2 friendly and efficient delivery men. We now have a well made, lovely piece of furniture in our living room.

So pleased with my two chairs from Haynes. They were a great price and were delivered on time. The delivery went very smoothly with the two guys taking the upmost care with the chairs.

I have now ordered two pieces of Nathan furniture from Haynes and was informed on both occasions that there would be a considerable delay in delivery due to supply issues. I was offered the opportunity to cancel my order if this was not acceptable when a further delay occurred. However all is now complete and I am pleased with the furniture, the delivery went very smoothly and I would recommend the company to others in the future.

Ordered a reproduction table, which are no longer that easy to find. Made to order and delivered when promised, a nice piece of furniture at a reasonable cost. I can recommend.

My daughter ordered and paid for a rocking chair on the 3/2/2022 and was given a delivery of approximately 12 weeks. There was no further communication until an email on the14/4/2022 informing her that the manufacturer was experiencing delays on the springing units for the chair and delivery would be the middle to end of May. My daughter contacted Haynes Furnishers on the 11/5/2022 and was informed that there would be a further delay until sometime in June. This seemed an unacceptable situation which could drag on ad infinitum so I decided to look into the companies involved. The manufacturer Relax Seating Limited has one Director who has been involved in 20 companies 11 of which ceased trading and he is only a Director 2 companies now. In 2020 the company had assets of £76.23K and Liabilities of £124.44k. They had £968 cash in the bank and a debt ratio of 163.25%. This information was gleaned from the companies 2020 accounts submitted to Companies House. Then I looked into Haynes Furnishers Limited and discovered they are submitting their accounts as a dormant company and since incorporation on the 6/10/2011 appear to have never submitted a full set of accounts to Companies House. It is interesting to see that this company also trades online via 5 different named websites. I contacted Haynes Furnishers on behalf of my daughter and cancelled the order and to be fair they did refund her the purchase price within 24 hours although I did request some element of compensation for my daughter to cover the fact that she could have bought elsewhere or left the money in the bank gaining interest. To date they have not responded to the issue of compensation. I am making no judgements on either company but would strongly suggest that anyone wishing to purchase products online from any company should carry out due diligence and if you have the skills access company reports from Companies House before paying any monies. I can substantiate all the above information from data available in the public domain.

Excellent service from 1st contact through to delivery by some very helpful & polite gentlemen. The 2 g plan sofas are up to press exactly what you would expect from a renowned manufacturer & delivered ahead of expected date with phone confirmation. Would definitely recommend & use Haynes furnishers again. Thank you for a trouble free purchase. 😊

You can buy cheap furniture and get silly credit deals. But it isn’t built to last and doesn’t do a great deal for the environment.

We bought a Shackleton chair from Haynes. It is a piece of furniture that will last for decades and be worth recovering when the time eventually comes.

The Haynes web site allowed many bespoke choices to arrive at the chair we wanted.

Carl at Haynes was helpful and clear in all communications. The chair arrived before the suggested lead time. The delivery men were polite and efficient in getting the chair to an upstairs flat.

Would recommend Haynes and will use them again.

We ordered a suite of furniture after much deliberation and samples being ordered and shopped around for the best price, Carl & Steve were very helpful with their assistance and provided the best price by far and with free delivery.
The deiIvery time was quoted between 16 ~20 weeks, which was okay, because we had decided to redecorate the lounge . The furniture arrived earlier than we anticipated but Carl held it in store until we were ready. The furniture delivery team were also excellent, arrived within the 2 hour window we were given, unwrapped and positioned it, an excellent service all around. We would recommend Haynes Furnishers very highly.

Ordered two Vale Bridgecraft sofas and matching pouffe through Haynes. Spoke to all members of the team throughout the order process who were excellent, very polite and professional. Delivery was very efficient and the two young delivery men could not have been more helpful. Strongly recommend this company.

Ercol Bedroom furniture ordered and delivered as promised at a great price. Kept in the loop at all times by manager Carl Oakton. Delivery staff very friendly, polite and efficient. Bed assembled and all packaging removed by delivery staff. Would definitely recommend this company !
