We knew what Ercol furniture we wanted so I searched online for the best price that included delivery. A quick email confirmed that the furniture would be carried up to our first floor bedroom and placed where we wanted it with all rubbish removed - which it was.
Very polite delivery staff.

Extremely helpful and efficient. I was very happy with the service I received, all my queries were answered knowledgeably and sound advice was given on sofa choices. The delivery time was faster than expected and the two man delivery was quick and efficient. All packaging removed and sofas situated in position all within 10 minutes. All this at a very competitive price … I would highly recommend.

Great company to deal with and probably one of the most competitive on price, good customer information service. Our delivery was 2 months earlier than estimated and the delivery staff were very helpful and on time.

This was our 2nd order from Haynes Furniture. We were impressed before by the company's speed of delivery and customer care. This order was for a smaller piece but we were treated very well. We had a call and an email to confirm a suitable delivery date. We we out when the call came and a message was left. I replied after hours but was called back the following morning to confirm reciept of my call and a date and time for delivery was agreed.
Delivery driver was friendly and carried the item to the room where it was required.

I have used them four times over the last few years. They always give the best prices and deliver on time. Once they even rang G-plan for me and sorted out a discontinued fabric for a footstool. The free delivery is a big factor (especially for the far end of North Wales.) My go-to furniture shop.

We purchased a king sized bed and 2 bedside tables that arrived promtly as arranged. The delivery drivers were very polite, helpful and obliging. Would definately recomend Haynes Furniture

ordered a full bedroom suite 3 wardrobes, king size bed ,chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets for a very good price delivered and built up on site by the 3 guys who i can say where a very good team together cleared up & left no mess i would recommend Haynes to anyone for that personal touch

We have bought many pieces of furniture from Haynes over the years as we like quality pieces and are not inclined to buy and dispose of furniture readily. Having recently moved house and wanting to buy several new items, Haynes was our first choice and we were not disappointed at any point or with any part of the purchase process. Carl at the store was most accommodating, informative and helpful, all communication was effective and the delivery team on all occasions were polite, helpful and very respectful of our property.
I have bothered to make these comments as many other purchases made as a result of a house move did not go anywhere near as smoothly.
Good old fashioned service Haynes, long may it continue.

I came across this firm for first time looking for a specific tetrad chair to match my existing one. Brilliant service - even though I hadn’t visited the shop to view the chair - good photos & item description so I was very confident purchasing a genuine item.

Transactions & the delivery was efficient and communication excellent throughout.

These guys are excellent... we we're struggling to find the dinning chairs we wanted as everywhere we went to told us it would be a minimum 12-15 weeks lead time! In the end we ordered from Haynes who managed to get us the chairs quicker (c.8/9 weeks in the end) but also cheaper!!! On top of that the personal service is excellent. Regular phone calls to keep us updated, no contact centres like larger firms and very friendly delivery staff... all in all an excellent experience beginning to end.
