Kim was very helpful especially as the Chrystal website wasn't working.
She phoned the company and we were able to discuss and then book.

Great experience with Claire who was very experienced and assisted us with no issues. Checked several hotels with us to get what we wanted. Once decided she was very thorough to make sure everything was allocated as wanted so no surprises on our travels. Would certainly use Hays again. 👌😎

Clare was so helpful on all aspects of finding us the right hotel/holiday,right down to showing us the menus in the restaurants around our hotel.
Went through all price plans etc

We have been going to Hays for a few years now and have been able to build up a friendship with one of the staff Louise. She is friendly and confident and puts our needs first and has gained our trust. We have no problems at all as she does everything for us.

Efficient, offered information to make our transit and seat selection easier. Information re Euros and help with e-mailing the Hotel chosen to obtain a room mord suutable for my elderly Mum.

We are returning customers and, once more, Chase was a star again.
Explained what we wanted and Chase gave us options.
We picked our favourite and the holiday was booked and confirmed just moments later.
Same time, next year!
