Everything- and I mean EVERYTHING was done for me by Allison at Annan. Booked our holiday, chose our seats, sorted our Euros, booked parking and checked us in. I really do appreciate her assistance and I will definitely use Hays at Annan again.

Angela was a perfect travel advisor and went above and beyond to give us all the info we needed. We knew we wanted to go ro Florida in 2027 or 2028 but that was about it. She advised us on best places to stay to reduce our costs and advised us on resort fees etc. As flights etc aren't on sale for that time yet she still phoned a couple of companies and managed to get us a guaranteed price!! Holiday booked easily and direct debit set up. Couldn't be paper with the service
