We went into your office at Aylsham, with a rough idea of what we wanted and the dates. The lady was very helpful and came up with some good ideas. We went away and had a think about what had been said and went back with our choice. The Consultant was very patient and understanding as i was doing a last minute booking and having offered many hotels, came up with exactly the right one that fitted both my husband and myself.
Having now returned. We enjoyed Menorca and the resort, the beach, hotel, food and entertainment. However, the room shower cubicle was really very small and holiday makers leaving their towels on hotel sun loungers annoying and selfish whilst they went for meals or to the beach.

Excellence Experience
Firstly I went in, met with Sam and discussed the holiday which I wanted to take with my son. I actually got it wrong and went back the next day and Sam had to begin again. Sorry Sam!
Sam was very forgiving and began again. I think that it was not a easy search as we were quite specific in what we needed. She found it.
Totally professionally, helpful and friendly. As were all the staff. Even my sons and my Hays Travel Cards were sorted as we were there.
The ladies were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. It's why I always use Hays. For me, there are not enough superlative.
I hope that a real person reads this and knows what gems you have in Aylsham!

Top-Class Travel Service
We booked a holiday as a 60th birthday present and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish with Jo from Hays Travel, Aylsham.
Prior to our appointment, Jo sent us a range of suitable options in our preferred location, including a cruise, which made it easy to consider what would work best for us. During the in-office appointment we were not rushed at all and were given plenty of time to go through everything carefully before making our booking.
The support continued after booking as well. We were helped to set up links on our phone so we could easily access all our booking details. Later the same day, we received follow-up emails with useful links and clear instructions on how to book our excursions once they were released.
The whole process felt smooth, well-organised, and completely hassle-free. The options provided were thoughtful and well-matched to what we were looking for, and the service throughout was professional and helpful.
