I had tried booking the hotel myself
I had tried booking the hotel I really wanted myself but kept hitting problems, the lady at Hays managed to get it booked and gave me more options for rooms than I had seen so it was perfect. I also learned they do tours there that I would be interested in so will definitely go back.
