Callum made it a great booking experience! I was in my car having left a well known travel agent dissapointed. I called Hays in Bedford where Callum price matched a holiday to Egypt for me. I booked it there and then. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I had trouble with the payment link. As I'm a dinosaur with anything technical he was amazing !
