Jackie from Hayes Travel Bedminster arranged our holiday with precision and thoughtfulness (she knows us as we've been to her many times before). She gave us options and helped us choose the best. Hayes has done us proud again.

We walked into Bedminster, Bristol branch and was greeted by Jackie.
This lady did everything possible to customise our holiday the way we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Jackie listened to everything we wanted from our holiday and put together the perfect package. We now can't wait to go.
The office was air conditioned which was a god send due to the extreme heat we were having.

Rachel as always is amazing at finding me a break in my budget!
Don’t know what I would do without her help. Always brillant and if she been to the place can tell you locally too about it.

From when we first walked into the Hays office it was like walking into a room of friendly smiling faces. Everyone can’t do enough for you. Our travel advisor Rachel was so helpful and any worries that we had she was able to answer all our concerns. Can’t wait for our holiday and looking forward to booking the next. Jackie is always very helpful and goes the extra mile. She made the whole process of booking a cruise with P&O (with my daughter who is in a wheelchair) much easier and more successful than when we did it previously directly with P&O.

Between Sophie, Lucy and Rachel,
And the occasional cup of tea.

As I go into Hays quite often,
The staff know my every need.
As we find a cruise that I’m liking,
The deposit is paid with some speed.
