It was a very good experience
It was a very good experience , so much better than struggling alone. Helpful speedy efficient. The only drawback was I had to wait about 20 minutes to be served,mid Saturday afternoon. Will definitely be using again,but mid week.

Lisa was really helpful and took her time with us. She understood what our requirements were and helped with useful advice and gave great insight. We were apprehensive about looking for a holiday and her knowledge and experience helped us to feel and ease and comfortable in making our choice.
This experience is exactly why we booked in person and not on the internet. I have already recommended her to other friends in the Bristol area and we will be back for sure!!!

Rachel, at the Bedminster branc has been amazing! My sister and I realised that cruises were not for us. Rachel sent a great choice of suitable destinations and hotels in Greece and Croatia. We have a booked a holiday in each destination, the hotels look great and suit all our requirements. Brilliant! We shall be using Hays Travel for all our future travels.

Lisa was very helpful she could not do enough for us so friendly and helpful we were in there about 2 1/2 hours sorting stuff out. Lisa even offered us a drink and made me a lovely cup of tea would highly recommend Lisa at heys, travel. Bedminster xx

Poped into Hays Travel bedminster to book a trip to New York Sophie and Lisa were both so friendly and really helpful Lisa been there before and was able to give us loads helpful tips and hints they both worked really hard finding us an hotel that was best price for us and talked about places to go etc really great service and friendly would defo be going back there again to book and recommend them thanks ladies made it all so easy for us 😃
