The hotel we originally wanted was fully booked, but Jackie found us a great place to stay, which is not far from the hotel that our friends are staying at.

A great experience
We had such a great experience with Lisa. She is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the cruise experience we were interested in. She booked a package including flights, hotel, transfers and cruise. She also booked us a hotel and car parking at the airport while we are away. She showed us so much detail on the computer to ensure us that what we were booking was what we wanted and suited our needs. As always I recommend Hays in Bedminster to all our friends looking to book holidays. We always have such a great experience.
