Hays absolutely brilliant
Went to Berwick upon tweed Hays i had seen a cruise with MSC i had told them about it and they checked everything for me,i went home and told my wife that it was good but my phone rang and it was Hays telling me they had phoned MSC about the cruise just checking some things and they ended up getting it cheaper for me,so brilliant thank you very much for doing a brilliant job could not be more happier

I went to book flights to Canada - WestJet
I went to book flights to Canada, a flight from Calgary to Ottawa and then home to Edinburgh from Ottawa via Toronto. The flights were with WestJet and at the time of booking nobody was aware of looming strike action by WestJet staff. My flight was cancelled and this impacted on the other flights
The staff at Hays Travel kept me informed all the way and will do so until I receive a full refund from the airline.
