After a lifetime of independently booking our own holidays starting with teletext we brought our own itinerary to Hays with three locations, suggested hotels, trips etc and were amazed that within the same day we had all of our wishes met through the diligence, highly skilled expertise, patience and persistence of Shaunie to provide for us our ideal holiday which we both appreciate so much.
