We booked with Hays last year and found that a good experience. So we decided to book for next year, having no plans to go away this year. The young woman who dealt with us was friendly, approachable and efficient in her work. August 16th 2025

Always made to feel really welcome when going into this shop, Sally who booked our holiday was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.
Millie has also always looked after us.

Perfect Service

Sue and myself were looking for a cruise holiday to celebrate an anniversary: We tried elswher, but couldent get what we wanted, so went to Hays as a last resort. On entering it was obvious that the office and staff were welcoming and friendly. We explained to Allie May our requirements and in conjunction with her colleague Milly, they soon devised a plan that was perfect for our needs. The cost was less than we expected, and we were very pleased with the service and result. So full marks to Hays and all of the staff. Thanky you. from Ray and Sue

I know where I wanted to go so was able to book it with ease.The lady was very helpful and friendly. I was happy with the way she handled questions and answered them.

Your travel advisor Helen, at your Beverley shop, couldn’t have been more helpful. We were impressed by her gentle approach and expertise. This was the first time, in recent years, that we have used the services of a Travel Agent but maybe consult Helen, at Hays Travel, in future. She is a credit to your company.

Once again Allie has advised us well and found us an amazing deal on a holiday of our dreams, a family Caribbean Cruise over Christmas. We’ve had all the information for the trip explained and emailed and she even assisted us in setting up our P&O account so we couldn’t ask for more. Hays Beverley is great, all the staff are really kind, very helpful in finding holidays for you especially Millie who has booked us numerous holidays. We have just booked Mauritius and sat with us while she rang the company providing this holiday, she sorted everything out, we were offered a drink too and turned the air con on for me too as I was really hot, nothing is too much trouble for this shop and we love booking our holidays with them. The prices are great too very competitive. All the staff are lovely

Initially we saw the holiday advertised in the shop window, called in to ask a couple of questions and we were met by a very welcoming member of staff who answered our questions fully with professionalism. We called in the next day and completed the booking.

Booking was very smooth travel agent was very friendly and did everything to ensure a smooth booking and explored everything for our holiday, i would highly recommend and will book with them again
