Helpful service, taking time to deliver my preference. Local office- easy access as I'm dependent upon public transport. Needed more information about final payment- will it be automatic or do I need to present my payment details again?

They were very good in the office although busy and we had to wait to be attended too. Diane who we spoke with has worked on our behalf before and we found her as efficient and helpful as ever.

Listened to our preferences and quickly identified an appropriate destination and hotel. Reassurance regarding room type.

Everything was handled professionally with no fuss.

We have booked both flights and Holidays with Hayes Travel Bicester several times, the most recent being last Saturday with Mia Mai.
All staff that we have dealt with have always been friendly, helpful, and professional. Great service, good prices and the booking, check in and printing of the Boarding passes etc mean a trouble free start to our holidays!

I was looking into booking a flight to and from Cape Town. It was so confusing so I went into the store and Sharon was able to work her way through the maze of information. By the end of the visit the ticket was booked and paid for. That made me smile.
