The staff go above and beyond to make sure you book your dream holiday! Margi is a lovely lady who helped me get the best deal for our New York trip for my son's upcoming 21st birthday! Thankyou so much...we are so excited 😊

Set the team a challenge has we wanted to get away but not clue where we wanted to do and the team came up trumps, humourus, dedicated, pleasant, at the same time and nothing was going to beat them, brilliant.

This was my first time with Hays and had a very helpfull experience with a holiday booked and paid for as a result of the excellent service,all the staff and a great price.

This will be the second time we have booked with Hays and the knowledge of all the staff is amazing. So helpful with things unknown in the brochure, very good experience with the staff.

Quick easy and straightforward

Caitlin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We just wanted a trip touring the Rocky Mountains in Canada and she was very patient as we kept changing our minds. When Caitlin was on holiday Sophie took over and eventually we booked our dream holiday!

From the minute of booking in January, to be all set to go on our holiday, to then having it cancelled with hours to go, the Branch Manager and Team at the Bitterne Branch have been compassionate, intuitive, knowledgeable and so professional in helping us book another Holiday destination the next day and flying out on the Saturday so we had our moment and holiday. Fantastic 😎👏👏

Michelle was so helpful and made it easy from start to finish. She matches everything perfectly and is our go to travel agent.

It would appear that any member of staff is very helpfull, & willing to go the extra mile.
Yesterday it was Lily, who dealt with my queries, & phoned me back when she said she would.

Michelle couldn’t have been more help. I knew when I wanted to go and that it had to be a cruise as my husband refused to fly. It also had to cover a special anniversary but I left the rest to her. No stone was unturned till we found the right one. Michelle even came back from her lunch break to help us. As my friend phoned ahead of time to arrange the visit. I will certainly be using her again.

Bit of a complex booking which I amended a few times, very friendly staff especially Marji, very knowledgeable and helpful, followed up with emails, just made the process for us easier
