Great welcome!
I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked through the the door.
Lauryn was extremely helpful and friendly. She made me feel confident about the holiday I was booking - we looked at the hotel in detail and the surrounding area. I was able to book optional extras
I was given all the information I needed such as departure times and the total price for my booking.
Lauryn was able to answer my questions about my passport and visa requirements.
I was very impressed with the service I received and am now looking forward to my trip.
