Laura was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to chat and listen what we were looking for. The booking process was quick and easy.

I spoke to one of your travel agent's, Michaela, and she helped me get my holiday package at a competitive price. It is difficult to get suitable flights to and from Jersey C.I. She phoned the hotel directly to find out if the room had a walk in shower as I was concerned. Michaela was very professional and friendly towards me. She is a credit to your Company. It was my first time dealing with your Company and I will use again.

This is the 2nd Holiday we have booked at the Braehead Shop in a matter of weeks. The service from Laura was exceptional. She went the extra mile to ensure all our hoiliday needs were met.
