We were looked after and Dan was especially great.

Becky at Hays in Brentwood has been looking after us for some years, both for straightforward sun holidays, and travelling packages across America, and just last month, an amazing two weeks in Japan.
The time, and attention to detail that Becky provides is second to none, nothing is too much trouble, and we are constantly grateful to her for her help.

Very good. If I had booked this hotel myself, I wouldn't have known that my passport would have been declined in Greece, as I was unaware that you couldn't travel to Greece if the issue date was later than 9 years and 9 months before the date of travel.

Customer Service agent Dan covered all aspects of my booking including airline price comparissions. I'm now awaiting receipt of my flight tickets from head office.

I went in to the Hays travel in brentwood and was welcomed with a friendly hello by the 3 ladies that were sitting at there desks, I was a little anxious however all 3 ladies made me very relaxed , I was offered a lovely cup of tea and biscuits whilst booking a first family trip with my 2 children to Majorca. All the ladies were so kind and put me at ease and I left feeling very good and confident. I’d like to thank Samantha for booking my holiday and thank you to Carol and Leanne for making me feel at ease and making me laugh

We received friendly and helpful advice as soon as we walked in the shop. We was not rush at all. All our questions were answered. She was very knowledgeable about resort we wanted to go to. Also very efficient when booking holiday. All in all a very good experience.
