The staff in Bridport is are always so helpful. Yes I can get it cheaper on line but for the extra cost it is worth every penny of going to the shop.

The travel consultant, I believe her name was Lucy, was extremely helpful and contacted me about a holiday she knew I was interested in.

Lucy was very helpful and helped me look at several options for our January holiday in Tenerife.

Excellent service , if you find a deal on the Internet from another travel agent just pop into your local Hays shop and see the ladies ask what they can do. They normally come up with a better deal and a better service as they do all the hard legwork for you like confirming, flights hotels, etc..and sit back and enjoy
