Knowledgable and helpful
I need legroom seats because I’m disabled, so that means there are only 3 seats on the aircraft that I can use; usually 1D-F
Trying to book a holiday AND get those seats BOTH ways is a challenge but they always manage it. Takes time yes, but that’s how the agents work in Bromborough, meticulously.

Kirsty was just really helpful, we told her the budget and she nearly did it, but she was right about the drinks package for our cruise. Really helpful and got us a really lovely cabin, gave us a 3d tour of the ship and also got us on board credit. Always helpful in this branch.
