Very helpful, polite and efficient.
The young lady (Ruby) we spoke to was very polite,friendly and helpful. It was a very good experience. Everything was explained and our questions answered clearly and efficiently. The price we paid was the same as the online price and she helped us with an upgrade that we required. Would thoroughly recommend Hays Travel and will certainly use them in the future.

Hays dreams come true
The ladies are so welcoming and approachable. They were very helpful and reassuring to my choices of travel etc.
I find it stressful to book anything on line especially flights etc and I like to be able to deal with people face to face.
I started using Hays Travel last year and I am very grateful for all the advice etc.
I love to travel and Hays makes it easier for me to enjoy the whole experience from my dreams ,to plans, to actually get to my destinations
