I had a good idea of what I wanted . The young lady added things to my holiday that made it perfect. I was very pleased with the advice I was given . I booked our holiday on the first day of contact. Now we are both very excited and looking forward to our first Caribbean cruise.

We trust Hays Travel Buckie staff with all our holiday bookings so when we decided that we wanted to book a family trip in Spring 2026 we knew they would be able to advise us.

Two friends and myself went to Hays, Elgin to find out about availability on going on our very first cruise, new experience for us all.
Unfortunately the Elgin Hays branch was closed due to refurbishment. We decided to go to another Travel Agent in Elgin, however, on doing so we found that the information and answers to our queries were only partly met although the assistant was nice.

We then decided to travel to Buckie to go to Hays Travel Agent.
We saw an assistant called Iona who was absolutely tremendous. She said she normally works in the Elgin branch and would be going back there after the refurbishment was finished. We sat round her table and began our consultation. Iona was extremely pleasant, bright, fully engaged and very informative. We felt her input throughout was perfect.
After our questions and observations about the cruise which we had decided on were answered we left for lunch to have a chat about what had been discussed.
After lunch we decided that we would return to Hays Buckie office and book the holiday. Again, we got Iona who was extremely professional getting our documents and finalising everything for us. She also verbally went through the check lists to ensure we were happy.

The experience we had was very professional and we would recommend Haye Travel to others.

Kayla was very helpful, gave good advice and spent time researching best options for accommodation in Panama prior to our cruise.

I prefer face to face and this was 1st time I was at Buckie branch (as Elgin being renovated my usual venue).I was not disappointed service excellent as expected from Hays and my airport carpark booked with ease .

We booked a cruise with Julia in the Buckie branch and she could not have been more helpful. She was very knowledgable and efficient in making sure we were happy with everything that we required including transfers, travel documents with nothing missed. Julia recommended some trips that we have booked and arranged travel money currency for the differeent countries which we plan to visit. Julia has kept us updated throughout the process going above and beyond and would highly recommend her at Hays Travel Buckie
