The staff were absolutely brilliant. Customer service was spot on, especially keren and the manager. There was a glitch on the marrella site and they were brilliant at sorting it out and keeping us informed.

Josh at Hays Travel bulwell was incredible when I went in yesterday. He went above and beyond to explore options and deals I had in mind. Nothing was too much trouble. He knew in-depth information about the location and even gave tips on key hot spots and experiences which made a world of difference. He truly seemed like he wanted to help. Despite me not booking with them on this occasion, I will be sure to have these as a potential for next time.
