Took out insurance , then had to phone a number to declare medical conditions, was very very difficult to understand the lady on the phone , ended up cancelling the insurance,

Don't deal with one way flights or pets
I called just after 9am and asked for help finding a company that transports small pets in the cabin on a one way flight. At 2pm I called back and asked to speak to the young lady I originally spoke to and she called me back after she finished lunch at 2.16 pm. She advised she had tried to call me back but there was no answer. I had no missed calls or messages which I conveyed to her but she just said they could not help as they "don't do one way flights" and "can't help with the small pet either". I did tell her about the one way flight in my first call so that could have been relayed to me when I initially called. Very poor service and communication.

The member of staff you spoke to was unaware if we are able to provide one way flights or flights for pets as we dont get asked very often. She waited for a senior member of the team to become available. Once she knew the answer for your query she attempted to call you back , you then called back and she was on her dinner break. She did then call you as soon as she was back.
