There were a lot of mistakes made by a young member of staff icluding the wrong seats infact the worst seats. Another member was great and tried to amend the mistakes but the seats couldn't be changed and as they are the toilet seats I specifically asked her not to book im quite unhappy.

Amy at the Bury shop was most helpful in finding us our perfect holiday,
We’re undecided on a couple of holidays but Amy was very patient and kind.
We came out of the shop wholly satisfied about our chosen holiday to Turkey. I think Amy originally works at the Rochdale branch and was only temporary, all in all two very satisfied customers.
We booked our Caribbean cruise at the Oldham branch and again Luke was very helpful. Patient and kind. I will certainly recommend Hays to my family and friends 👍😆

The agent who served me listened and understood what I was looking for, she took her time making sure she looked for everything that meet my needs. She gave me information about the hotels and area we were looking at, which helped me make a clear decision.
