What a Welcome
As soon as we walked in the shop, we were maid welcome by Bailey, he booked our last holiday. We told him what we were looking for, and that was that, he took over, next thing he said everything is done, come in two weeks before and I will print off your tickets etc, nothing is to much trouble, I will be going back for the next holiday.

We booked our holiday with Bailey in Hays Caerphilly. We found him to be very friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Holiday with hays
We went in knowing we wanted a holiday just didn't know where and after a brief chat with our booker ( Ffion ) she had a few options for us, she was very knowledgeable about all the places we were looking at and guided us to our holiday.
Needless to say we booked our holiday on the spot and the whole experience was amazing we were very happy.
