I had a great experience with ceri in the Caerphilly branch whilst booking my holiday to Cyprus. She was really lovely polite and friendly and everything was so easy. I booked the seats there and back and was relieved it was all sorted out but then on the Saturday another lady from the Caerphilly branch called me and told me that the seats were booked coming back but not going even though I'd paid for the seats both ways and it was on my receipt. She called head office and said that they were not very helpful and I have to sort it out at Cardiff airport, but I could pay a further £24.00 to book the seats again and the try to get a refund back. I was not very happy about this so refused to pay again, but then she could not check us in to give us the boarding passes so this did cause me alot of stress as I was worried that we might not be booked on the flight so we left it at that . Due to the worry stress and concern this caused me I went back to the branch on Monday to try and sort it out and spoke to another lovely lady who then told me that it has been sorted out now but we were sitting in different seats now going to the ones I'd booked. I was just so relieved that it was all sorted out for me and then I was checked in and received the boarding passes so stress and panic over .Now I can't wait to get to Cyprus tomorrow to start my holiday xx

Friendly and welcoming. Booked a cruise for next year where we wanted to be on certain deck and room type which took some time to process but staff were very patient and professional and all booked within an hour

had a really positive experience booking with Hays Travel. The staff member rosanne was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. She offered personalised recommendations that suited my budget and preferences, which made the whole process much easier.
The booking itself was smooth and stress-free, with everything clearly explained and no hidden surprises. I also felt like I got great value for money. Overall, the customer service i received from her was excellent, and I felt well supported throughout. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent help from Gemma & Bailey. Walking in not knowing where I wanted to go on holiday they provided me with a few options which I eventually chose. Bailey found me a great hotel with a rooftop bar in prime location at a cheaper price than originally budgeted. Cannot wait to go and explore Athens!

Lovely staff,quick and efficient

It was my first time in hays travel in Caerphilly, Richelle who helped me find a cruise was professional, friendly, helpful listened, knowledgeable explained everything clearly and gave lots of advice and took her time filling out things that I needed to know and do. She has dates that I have to meet with her to fill in rest of forms to go on the cruise. She put my mind at rest and made my time there enjoyable. The atmosphere in the shop was warm and welcoming and I will definitely book a holiday again through them.

We always find the staff in this branch brilliant since we started using it overca year ago. Always so helpful and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help customers and each other through sharing information and helping colleagues when necessary. Will return and book further holidays in future for sure.
