We received thorough and helpful advice from Richelle at the Caerphilly branch of Hays Travel.
We wanted to book a trip to Rome with a couple of excusions. Richelle had been so was able to advise us on the best location to stay within Rome and had a list of hotels we might like.
In the end we were able to book a hotel that we both thought seemed ideal and in a great location. Excusions and flights were also taken care of. Great service!

From the minute we walked in the shop, everyone made us feel welcome, we were directed to a desk, sorry I can not remember the lady’s name, we told her what we wanted, and I think she went above and beyond, and was very patient, with us, she was excellent, nothing was to much bother. We left the shop booking a cruise and only went in to price it up, all mainly down to her help.
