first time in many years that I've used a travel agent to book a holiday - very impressed and much more relaxing than trying to manage all the flights and hotel by myself at home. As I would do, the hotels reviews were checked, cost of add-ons like breakfast was calculated and so worked well for me.

I didn't get the lady's name but she took alot of time to help me book a good holiday. She was very knowledgeable about the resorts which would be suitable for me and I didn't feel rushed and gave excellent service, that's why I always book with hays.

We booked a cruise through Hays Cameron Toll and were very happy with our experience. We haven't used a travel agent for years but felt it was very useful and helpful to do so. Our initial holiday enquiry (a cruise) turned out not to be what we wanted. However Nadia managed to get us a holiday for next year which suited our requirements. As is the norm when dealing with any of Hays representatives they listen, search and consider your requirements. I travel with a wheelchair and have had nothing but easy and consistent help. Hays definitely know how to treat customers

The experience we had last year led us to try same again , same destination, same hotel. Staff made the process easy. It does help when the traveler has an idea of what they want.
