Used Hays Travel earlier this year and have now booked again for 2026. Teresa was super helpful and accommodating again, noting all of our requirements and communicating with us regularly. A lot to be said for the personal touch😊.

Claire was very efficient and friendly. We had to wait a short while for the phone to be answered on the other end. She was very entertaining and chatty, so we're the other staff in the shop.

Teresa was great, really helpful and tried and tried to sort out a pricing issue with the Tui website. Despite Tui not providing any assistance to resolve the problem, Teresa (and her team) tried many different ways to sort the issue. In the end, through her efforts, Teresa was able to get me a holiday I was very happy with. I would have ranked the service at 5 star but it was the Tui issue that was frustrating and their lack of support to resolve the issue was disgusting. Thank you Teresa and team for sorting something for me 😀
