Rhonda was very helpful and had great information about the area and hotel we had booked.

Staff all very helpful . Polite and well presented and lady called Ocean even though I think still training was very helpful and not afraid to ask for help when making sure she booked exactly everything we wanted.

Always get very good service from them. Nothing is too much trouble.

Professionalism of Pam. Her knowledge of the holiday was very important.

Booked a holiday through Hays Travel after being recommended by friends. Used the Cannon Park, Coventry branch where we were looked after by Tracy who went through all our holiday likes, dislikes available activities and took time to ensure that we had a holiday well tailored to our requirements. A nice pleasant relaxed no pressure atmosphere and we came away feeling quite pleased and satisfied.

GOING THE EXTRA MILE.
All your staff are helpful but Rhonda went the extra mile and was manning two phones at once to get through and the second phone went through faster than the first. That's what I call going the extra mile for customers.Pam sorted my query out today and am totally happy with the great service from them and all the other ladies.

Excellent service from Tracy yesterday, our holiday all booked perfectly. Sorry to here that Teresa has gone but it was good to see Rhonda (albeit she's moving on) and we're glad to hear that Pam's still there. Looking forward to checking in in a few weeks and seeing the money man Chris for some Euros.

The recent booking was made on a P&O cruise and passed to Hays Cannon Park.

we popped into Hayes Travel at Cannon Park to book a cruise Pam the rep greeted us with a smile. She was very informative and helpful.

As usual, your staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. I really enjoy going into the branch ,or even if they have to phone, then they still offer the same professionalism.

We spent nearly 2 hours, with the very helpful Pam, yesterday afternoon discussing where about in the Greek Islands we could go on holiday. She was very pleasant, knowledgable and patient, finally helping us to book a holiday in Kephalonia. Thanks Pam

We have been with Hays a few times and always been well looked after. Pam the lady we visited at Hays Travel is so lovely, always able to help us and give us first class advise. A lot of the places she's already been to previously, so excellent advise. Can't wait to visit Crete in September.

Pam is the most helpful, professional person to deal with, an absolute star!

Claire was fantastic sorting our river cruise out with professional advice.
Ocean was excellent in sorting our holiday for our 50th anniversary for next year. With all the other staff they were very helpful and welcoming.
I think all the shops should have a coffee machine and soft drinks.
