An unexpected booking …
We called into Hayes on the off chance an assistant would be available to give a price on a holiday. Jacqui was available and she worked hard to get us the very best price so we spontaneously booked. To date, we have had lots of confirmation details and so far the service has been excellent.

Happy holidaying with Hays
My colleague and I were made very welcome in cool comfortable surroundings by an extremely pleasant sales assistant. The assistant was able to source the exact holiday we wanted in Malta taking into consideration our various wants and needs. After a short time we came away extremely satisfied with the booking confirmed and paid for.
I have used Hays over many years via telephone, this was my first opportunistic visit to a premises and would highly recommend it.
