Quick and efficient

Joanne was very helpful when booking our holiday, she went through all options I had asked her finally opting for an holiday to Mexico, she explained everything I needed to know about the trip and dates etc.
After visiting the Pontefract shop a little later the staff members were very helpful with a minor issue I had and sorted it out, also managed to change our seat position on the plane, all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I have used Hays travel agents before and wouldn’t use any other Travel agent.
I would definitely recommend Hays Travel in Pontefract.
