I went on holiday with my friend in may this year and it went seamlessly from getting there to coming home, she made amendments to the holiday beforehand everything was was all done. Carla once again came up Trumps, we had our holiday to Sri Lanka cancelled at last moments ( flights cancelled), contacted Carla and within an hour she had booked us on the Queen Anne for 18 night cruise from Southampton to around the Mediterranean and as far as Zadar, everything went smoothly and all information given by Carla was spot on, fantastic to use Carla as our go too Travel rep
