Carla once again came up Trumps, we had our holiday to Sri Lanka cancelled at last moments ( flights cancelled), contacted Carla and within an hour she had booked us on the Queen Anne for 18 night cruise from Southampton to around the Mediterranean and as far as Zadar, everything went smoothly and all information given by Carla was spot on, fantastic to use Carla as our go too Travel rep

Can I just say Carla blount,hays travel is absolutely amazing. Wee had to leave our holiday early due to a family bereavement. 10.30pm on a sun night carla had us ( a family of 6) booked on to a flight with in half an hour to come home,all seated together. Wee can not thank her enough for every thing !

Carla was an absolute star! We were looking to book our first cruise so had lots and lots of questions for her which she expertly answered.
