Very easy to book. The agent dealt with it all really well. I wanted to change a couple of things after booking and she was very accommodating. Made the changes immediately. She was very knowledgeable about cruising. She was very friendly and responded very quickly.

Brilliant service as always from Carla. I would class my self as "a problem customer" as I have so many questions and requests for her but she always answers back straight away and nothing seems to be a problem. We are looking forward to our holiday and I know I can go to Carla for any help.

I have followed Carla's page on social media for a while now and have referred friends and family to her before I ever booked myself. Due to the fact that she appeared, knowledgeable, experienced, down to earth, and friendly. She always has great holiday deals on her page. When my time came to book, I didn't consider anyone else, and i can happily say that she was all of the aforementioned. Carla goes above and beyond off of her own back. She informed the hotel of a significant birthday we'll be having in our holiday party whilst we're away even without being asked or mentioning this myself. Which i thought was really thoughtful and nice. I'm not sure i would use anyone else to book future holidays with now.

It was our first time booking with hays travel,easy to book all installments are worked out for you as we did 0% deposit,there was no transfers included in our trip but carla sorted it for us and sent us a link with different options.we will 100% be booking with carla again and so looking forward to disney 😀
