She was very quick to get back to us with any questions we had and even gave us different options that we hadn’t thought of. We had the best experience booking our first family holiday through Carla.
With 2 children under 3 I was a bit nervous finding somewhere suitable but carla found us a great holiday package that adhered to all our needs.
We got a great deal and the service received was second to none. Everything was so easy and carla was very thorough and efficient.
The hotel looks absolutley fantastic, with brilliant amenities included. I asked for specific requests such as a ground floor room, a certain airport to fly from, close to the sea and short/suitable flight times and carla made sure all these requests were met.
I will be rebooking another holiday through carla again and will definitely be recommending her to all of my friends, family and work colleagues.
