The shop was busy when we arrived and Lucy came over to help us explaining that she was an apprentice and could get us started until one of her colleagues became free to get us fully booked. Lucy and then Caroline were both patient to listen to our needs and offer us some last minute holiday options and we happily booked our trip with them and would again.

Lucy, although an apprentice was very easy to deal with. She was courteous, was very honest (which was a refreshing change) and was very relatable. She kept a sense of humour. She was very patient and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely to see these qualities.

Cruise company ripoff for single travellers…
Staff very helpful but cruise company terrible rip off for single travellers, almost double price but still in a single room. Travel companies should use their power on our behalf to encourage single travellers.
