We booked our holiday in castlecourt Belfast with ROB. HE was great. My husband uses a mobility scooter and ROB checked our hotel choices for scooter parking charging etc. Also our disability assistance with the airport. He's a lovely man. 10/10 .

Very friendly and helpful staff! I work close to the store and hadn't much time so the girl took a few quick details of what I was looking for my budget etc and I when I called back in she had miltipul choices for me to choose from! The next day another girl helped me book my holiday and was very patient and helped us get the best deal! I will definitely booking my future holidays with Hays Travel!
