We booked through Hayes Travel Agent Cath Nathwani and we would never use anyone else. From holiday suggestions when we couldn’t decide where to go, to fitting the date in to work schedules and making sure all the kids needs were met, as well as messaging late at night while we debated, Cath went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our holiday. She is a pleasure to deal with and really cares about all the little details which make a great holiday. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

Cath is so lovely and goes the extra mile to get you what you are looking for at the best price. Very quick to get back to you and can access some great deals. Cath’s biggest selling point is her aftercare. She remains your contact throughout and dives right in if there are any issues.
