My husband and I booked a holiday with Marney at the Chelmsford branch. She stated that she was a trainee but she was very helpful, polite, and efficient throughout our visit. We believe that she will be an asset to Hays.

Another great booking experience with helpful Hays Travel
We were helped to find a holiday to Crete for this summer plus a river cruise for 2027 by Julia, who took time to find us suitable accommodation within our budget for ourselves and our daughter. She was very patient and looked at lots of options for each holiday, both online and also making calls to companies endeavouring to get us the best deals.
We feel she went above and beyond to help us and we are very grateful. We won’t hesitate to use Hays Travel again.
